1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and taya22 ("taya22," "we," "us," "the Platform"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator. By accessing taya22.co, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any taya22 product or service — including the taya22 Casino, sportsbook, bingo, slot, and fishing game categories — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a taya22 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must not be a resident of, or accessing taya22 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a PAGCOR employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any taya22 employee involved in game operation or compliance functions.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, court order, or similar prohibition preventing you from gambling.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

taya22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) taya22 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or Philippine mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, taya22 will close all such accounts, void all associated bonus balances, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly when changes occur. taya22 is not liable for any loss or harm resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity occurring under your taya22 account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify taya22 support immediately via live chat.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

taya22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP) via the following authorized payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are as published in the taya22 help center and are subject to change with notice.

All funds deposited into your taya22 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. taya22 will not process deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification, including identity verification, address confirmation, and payment method verification. taya22 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and will conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that trigger applicable reporting thresholds. taya22 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of such compliance reviews.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

taya22 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified accounts only. taya22 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless taya22 expressly permits otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• taya22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already credited to an account and in active use.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus conditions — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

6 Prohibited Conduct

By using taya22, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering with false, misleading, or third-party personal information;
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with taya22 games or systems;
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collaboration constitutes an unfair advantage;
• Using or attempting to use any exploit, glitch, vulnerability, or software error to gain an undue advantage over the platform or other players;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime under Philippine law;
• Accessing or attempting to access taya22 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of taya22 services or harms other users.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya22 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and design elements — is the property of taya22 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya22 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any taya22 content without prior written authorization.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya22 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the taya22 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

taya22 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system failures, and events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. taya22 shall not be liable for losses arising from such events.

Nothing in these Terms limits taya22's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9 Responsible Gaming

taya22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its users. In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and taya22's own responsible gaming policy, the following tools are available to all registered taya22 users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Timers: Configure session duration reminders and automatic logout after a defined play period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a minimum 6-month self-exclusion period, during which the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

taya22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A user has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A user is found to be ineligible (e.g., under 21, accessing from a restricted jurisdiction);
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity is detected on the account;
• taya22 is required to do so by law, regulatory order, or PAGCOR directive;
• A user's account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

On closure of an account, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus balances and pending wager requirements are forfeited upon account closure for cause.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact taya22 customer support to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. taya22 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt.

12 Amendments to These Terms

taya22 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, taya22 will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the taya22 platform. The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the taya22 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using taya22 and may close your account.
